LODGING POLICIES
LOZ Vacations, LLC is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 30 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than thirty (30) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. We can try and reschedule you for a price of equal value of your original booking unless the price is more and you will be charged the difference. We will also, if possible switch your dates for you stay if you are under the 30 day mark.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:30 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: 10:00 AM. If you should stay after this time with out making arrangement with us you may be charged a fee of $100 if it interfees with our housekeeping schedule.
Absolutely No Smoking Inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available so long as we dont see or smell smoke inside the home. Smoking consists of cigars, pipes, cigarettes vapes and marijuana none are allowed in the home. If you break this rule a minimum of $500 will be charged.
No Pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet. If you break this rule a charge of $300 will be charged and you will be asked to remove the pet from the home. We will not refund your trip if you deside to leave with your pet.
If your place does allow dogs (The Silver Fox, Lake Therapy, Ricks Retreat, The Boho Condo, and Lazy Dog Retreat) a fee of $100 will be charged. You will need to pick up after your dog a fine of $100 if we have to pick up after your pet, You must keep the dog within the yard that you are renting. If your dog becomes a disturbance to the neighbors by constant barking or getting to the neighbor's property you will be asked to remove the dog from the home. If you refuse you will be asked to leave the property without a refund.
No one under the age of 25 may book the home.
Only the number of people that you made a reservation for to stay at the home are allowed at the home.
No Fireworks at the home or dock.
No Bachelor or Bachelorette Parties are allowed at the home. If you sneak one in you will be asked to leave without a refund.
No parties at the home.
Quiet hours must be respected. 9:30pm-8am. We understand that you are on a trip but our neighbors are not. Please respect them. They live here year round and we want to keep them happy. We hope that you work with us. A fee will be assessed if we have to send someone out of $150 for the first visit and you will be asked to leave without a refund if we have to come a second time.
No glass at the pools or docks.
Swim at your own risk.
The home and dock or boat slip is your responsibility while you are renting it.
You will treat the home and the belongings in it as if they are your own.
You must follow the check-out procedures when leaving the home or a fee will be charged of a minimum of $100.
A Credit Card Processing Fee of 2.9% will be added to your final payment.
Upon arrival please check the home. If there is something that you need to report that is stained or broken please report it right away. Otherwise, you will be charged upon departure.
Lastly, we understand you paid a cleaning fee, however, check-out procedure will be expected upon leaving the home. You will find these in the welcome book of the home. If you have any questions about these please message us and we will be happy to walk you through them. If you decide not to do them you will be charged a fee of a minimum fee of $100 to start which will go up depending on the mess that has been left and the amount of time over her normal time to get the home ready and turned for the next guest.
