The Silver Fox is a new listing this year! This family friendly home is centerally located right across the toll bridge. It is a convenient location for you to do all the family fun activities that you like to do while visting the lake. This lake front home sits in a quiet neighborhood in a cove location. The home is 3 levels so there is lots of room to spread out. Once you enter the home you will be greeted with large windows that overlook the lake. The top floor has a King bed with a private bathroom. To the right of the entry there is an open loft room. There is a small desk should you need somewhere to work, but you could also use that space to lay out a couple of air mattresses. Head down the stairs to the main level for open concept living. High ceilings and a wall of window makes this space inviting. There are omfortable couches to watch your favorite shows on the smart tv, an open dining room, and a spacious kitchen makes this home ideal for your family trip. The main level also has a second King bedroom with a full bathroom. Off of the living room there is a 1/2 bath for convenience. The lower level is the family room. The comfortable room has a game table, a pull out couch, and a television with a Wii gaming system and some games. There is also a game closet with tons of games we know you will enjoy! There are 2 queen bedrooms on this level. They also share a full bath on this floor. Head outside! Such a lovely view! There is a new propane grill, lots of room to hang out, and a nice dock to swim off of. The dock will have the owners boat parked in it, but you are welcome to swim off the dock or rent a boat and be able to load and unload there. There is also a lily pad for you to use while you are visting. The Silver Fox is a comfortable, family friendly home that we know that you will want to come back to year after year! Please note: You must be 25 or older to rent this home. We are looking for family groups to rent this home. This is absolutely not a party house. This home is in a quiet neighborhood with full time owners. We will not accept parties here. Also: We do allow small dogs. You must as for permission before bringing the dog, pick up after the dog, and pay the pet fee.
