Great place to stay! The house was perfect for our family ranging in ages from 2 months to 90 years. The walk getting to the dock was very steep but we rented a golf cart and it was perfect getting everyone there. The two kitchens were awesome in cooking our large family meals! The only request would be to add grab bars in the shower in the master bath for elderly guests. Otherwise great family house!

Windows on the Water was a great space for our family vacation. The kitchen table, living room and deck space provided plenty of room to eat meals, relax & play games together as well as soak up the beautiful view of the lake. The bedrooms were comfy, clean and provided more than enough space for our family of 9 to rejuvenate. Tantara Estates is a great location close to restaurants, groceries and many fun activities.

I recently purchased a home at the lake and decided to use Jill with LOZ vacations. Her team has been great to work with, very knowledgeable and I feel comfortable having her in charge of my rental.

Windows on the water has a beautiful view and a great location! Jill was easy to work with and provided great detail and info about the house. There was tons of room and perfect for our long weekend getaway! Anything we needed was there! loved that there was 3 separate decks and very roomy! Highly recommend and very close to the margaritaville resort!

Jill's place is amazing! I couldn't have been happier with the arrangements. Lots of sleeping space, great living/kitchen space, and the outdoor area is spectacular. If you're looking for a great place to kick back and enjoy yourself on the lake with lots of amenities, this is your spot! Just book it, you won't regret it.

Overall, the house is a great option in a great location for anyone who just wants a summer getaway to the lake with family or friends! The house is very open and has three full bathrooms, great for large groups! The dock is perfect to float from, tucked in a nice cove that is quiet, but also fun to watch all the boats go by going to Bear Bottom!

We had a great stay with several families! There was plenty of space for the girls & the boys to have separate space in the evenings. The firepit worked great for our s'mores. We loved the large dock with a fridge & space to eat. I would suggest a 4WD vehicle to get your stuff & those that have difficulty walking to the dock.

This place was awesome. It had tons of things at the house to do like pool table, poker table, ping pong table, and a basketball hoop. But the thing that was by far the best was the fire pit, we spent every night sitting around it telling stories! This is a great place for a friends get away!

The pictures just don’t do it justice! Our rooms were more spacious than we expected and everyone was comfortable! Our large group had plenty of room on the decks and in the common spaces. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

The house has a lot of room! Very clean, plenty of space. The pool is a really quick walk from the house. Bring pool towels. One of the bedrooms is a separated from the others. Great place for families. The deck is wonderful to watch the activities on the lake. Highly recommend!

The condo was perfect for our lake weekend. There was plenty of space for sleeping and we loved the games provided since we forgot cards. It is definitely a family-oriented community with lots of kids at the pool during the day.
